【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeometricconceptsandparametersforcylindricalgearswithinvolutehelicoidtoothflanks.Flankmodificationsareincluded.Italsocoverstheconceptsandparametersforcylindricalgearpairswithparallelaxesandaconstantgearratio,whichconsistofcylindricalgearsaccordingtoit.Gearandmatinggearinthesegearpairshavethesamebasicracktoothprofile.Theequationsgivenarenotrestrictedtothepressureangle,20.Pα=°Thestandardisstructuredasfollows.-Listingofsymbolsandnomenclatureforauniquedescriptionofgearsandgearpairs(seeClause3).-Equationsandexplanationsoftherelevantvaluesfordefiningacylindricalgearanditstoothsystem.Theequationsfordeterminationofthenominalvaluesforzero-deviationgeardescriptionparametersarestatedforradialtoothdimensions(geartoothheights),thedistancebetweenflanksofthesamehand,thedistancebetweenflanksofoppositehand,aswellasthetoothflankcharacterizingparameters(seeClause4).-Equationsandexplanationsoftherelevantvaluesfordefiningcylindricalgearpairs.Theequationsfortheessentialparameterscharacterizingtheengagementconditionsoftheunloadedgearpairarelisted(seeClause5).-Equationsandsuggestionsfordesiredflankmodifications(seeClause6).-Conceptsandrecommendationsneededforauniquegeometricaldefinitionoftheintendedresultsfrommanufacture(Clause7).-Equationsfordeterminationofthenominalvaluesorthelimitingvaluesforthemostusedinspectionmethodsfortooththickness(seeAnnexA).
