【摘要】:Thefollowingpracticesaretobeusedinobtainingsamplesthatarerepresentativeofthelotbeingsampled.Themethodologyusedwillbedependentuponthesizeandtypeofmaterialsampledandtestingrequirements.Thefollowingpracticesareintendedforuseinobtainingsamplesfrommaterialthatisreadyforsaleandarenotintendedassamplingproceduresforqualitycontrolpurposes.Thesepracticesaretobeusedinobtainingalaboratorysamplethatwillyieldresultsservingasabasisforacceptanceorrejectionofthelotofmaterialsampled.Thisdoesnotprecludetheuseofthesepracticesforqualitycontrolpurposes.Thefollowingpracticescanbeusedtoeliminatebiasinsampling.Thepersonorpersonsresponsibleforusingthesepracticesmustbetrainedandtheywillbeconscientiousandtimelyintheiruse.Anagreementbetweentheproducerandtheconsumeronlocationofsampling,eitherattheproducerrsquo;plantoratthedestination,isencouraged.Productqualitycanbeaffectedthroughcarelesshandling,improperprotection,anddelayedshipment.Itispreferabletosampleatthepointofloading.Theconsumerhastherighttowitnessthesamplingpracticesbeingused.Thispracticemaybeusedtoprovidearepresentativesampleoflimeorlimestoneproducts.Duetothevariabilityoflimestoneandlimeandthewidevarietyofsamplingequipment,cautionmustbeexercisedinallstagesofsampling,fromsystemspecificationandequipmentprocurementtoequipmentacceptancetestingandactuallytakingthefinalsample.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforthecollectionandreductionofsamplesoflimeandlimestoneproductstobeusedforphysicalandchemicaltests.1.2Thispracticefurthercoversinspection,rejection,retesting,packing,andmarkingoflimeandlimestoneproductsasitmaybeusedinthechemical,agricultural,andprocessindustries.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thefollowingpracticesaretobeusedinobtainingsamplesthatarerepresentativeofthelotbeingsampled.Themethodologyusedwillbedependentuponthesizeandtypeofmaterialsampledandtestingrequirements.Thefollowingpracticesareintendedforuseinobtainingsamplesfrommaterialthatisreadyforsaleandarenotintendedassamplingproceduresforqualitycontrolpurposes.Thesepracticesaretobeusedinobtainingalaboratorysamplethatwillyieldresultsservingasabasisforacceptanceorrejectionofthelotofmaterialsampled.Thisdoesnotprecludetheuseofthesepracticesforqualitycontrolpurposes.Thefollowingpracticescanbeusedtoeliminatebiasinsampling.Thepersonorpersonsresponsibleforusingthesepracticesmustbetrainedandtheywillbeconscientiousandtimelyintheiruse.Anagreementbetweentheproducerandtheconsumeronlocationofsampling,eitherattheproducerrsquo;plantoratthedestination,isencouraged.Productqualitycanbeaffectedthroughcarelesshandling,improperprotection,anddelayedshipment.Itispreferabletosampleatthepointofloading.Theconsumerhastherighttowitnessthesamplingpracticesbeingused.Thispracticemaybeusedtoprovidearepresentativesampleoflimeorlimestoneproducts.Duetothevariabilityoflimestoneandlimeandthewidevarietyofsamplingequipment,cautionmustbeexercisedinallstagesofsampling,fromsystemspecificationandequipmentprocurementtoequipmentacceptancetestingandactuallytakingthefinalsample.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforthecollectionandreductionofsamplesoflimeandlimestoneproductstobeusedforphysicalandchemicaltests.1.2Thispracticefurthercoversinspection,rejection,retesting,packing,andmarkingoflimeandlimestoneproductsasitmaybeusedinthechemical,agricultural,andprocessindustries.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
