MIL-STD-15/1A (NOTICE 1), MILITARY STANDARD: GRAPHIC SYMBOLS FOR ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS DIAGRAMS (12 AUG 1968) [S/S BY ANSI Y32.2]., Standard MlL-STD-l 5-1A, dated 22 May 1963, is hereby canceled. The contents of this standard have been incorporated into ANSI Y32.2, Graphic Symbols for Electrical and Electronics Diagrams.

【摘要】:Storagestabilitydependsoncomplexinteractions.Itvarieswithfeedstocktypeandsource,andtheprocessingused.Therateofdegradationmaynotchangeuniformlywithtemperature.Chemicalreactionsmayleadtoachangeincolorfollowedbytheformationofsolublegumsandinsolublesediments.Insolublesedimentsmayoverloadfilters,andplugnozzlesandinjectors.Thistestmethod,whichdoesnotrequirethetestsampletobeheated,usesaportableapparatusandallowsteststobecarriedoutonsiteorinthelaboratorytogivearesultwithin35min.Thepotentialbeneficialeffectsofstabilityadditivesinfuelsmaynotberecognizedbythistestmethod.Therefore,theactualstoragestabilityofmiddledistillatefuelswithstabilityadditivesmaynotbecorrectlyindicatedbythesetestresults.Theunstablereactivecompounds(phenalenesandphenalenones)detectedbythistestmethodmaybepresentinfuelscontainingcatalyticallycrackedorstraightrunmaterialsandcanaffectthepotentialinstabilityofthefuel.Ifthistestmethodisusedbyanypartyforarapidassessmentofstability,itistheresponsibilityofpartiesconcernedtodecidewhetherornotthisprocedureyieldsmeaningfulresults.InterpretationofresultsandcorrelationwithothertestmethodsisgiveninAppendixX1.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefortherapiddeterminationofphenalenesandphenalenonesinmiddledistillatefuels,includingmarine,automotive,heating,andgasturbinefuelsuchasthosespecifiedinSpecificationsD396,D975,D2069,andD2880.Phenalenesandphenalenonesaffectthepotentialinstabilityoffuels,leadingtofueldegradationproductsduringstorage,whichmaycauseperformanceproblems.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletobothdyedandundyedfuelsatallpointsinthedistributionchainfromrefinerytoend-user.Itisnotapplicabletofuelscontainingresidualoil.Theportableapparatusallowsthewholetesttobeconductedonsiteorinalaboratoryanddoesnotrequirethetestsampletobeheated.1.3Thistestmethodissuitablefortestingsampleswitharelativeabsorbanceofupto5.00absorbanceunits(AU).Note18212;Theprecisionofthetestmethodhasbeenestablishedonrelativeabsorbanceupto1.00AU.Forrelativeabsorbanceabove1.00AUtheprecisionmaynotapply.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC9796specifiesthreedigitalsignatureschemesgivingmessagerecovery,twoofwhicharedeterministic(non-randomized)andoneofwhichisrandomized.Thesecurityofallthreeschemesisbasedonthedifficultyoffactorizinglargenumbers.Allthreeschemescanprovideeithertotalorpartialmessagerecovery.ThemethodforkeyproductionforthethreesignatureschemesisspecifiedinthispartofISO/IEC9796.However,techniquesforkeymanagementandforrandomnumbergeneration(asrequiredfortherandomizedsignaturescheme),areoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC9796.Usersofthisstandardare,whereverpossible,recommendedtoadoptthesecondmechanism(Digitalsignaturescheme2).However,inenvironmentswheregenerationofrandomvariablesbythesignerisdeemedinfeasible,thenDigitalsignaturescheme3isrecommended.Digitalsignaturescheme1shallonlybeusedinenvironmentswherecompatibilityisrequiredwithsystemsimplementingthefirsteditionofthisstandard.However,Digitalsignaturescheme1isonlycompatiblewithsystemsimplementingthefirsteditionofthisstandardthatusehash-codesofatleast160bits.
