【摘要】:Referencematerialsarevitallyimportantinproductandspecificationtesting,inresearchanddevelopmentwork,intechnicalservicework,andinqualitycontroloperationsintherubberandcarbonblackindustries.Theyareespeciallyvaluableforrefereepurposes.Categories,Classes,andTypesofReferenceMaterials(RM):Referencematerialsaredividedintotwocategories:IndustryReferenceMaterials(IRM)8212;Materialsthathavebeenpreparedaccordingtoaspecifiedproductionprocesstogenerateauniformlot;theparametersthatdefinethequalityofthelotareevaluatedbyaspecifiedmeasurementprogram.Common-SourceReferenceMaterials(CRM)8212;Materialsthathavebeenpreparedtobeasuniformaspossiblebutdonothaveestablishedproperty(parameter)values;theknowledgeofacommonorsinglesourceissufficientforcertainlesscriticalapplications.Industryreferencematerials(IRMs)aredividedintoadditionalclassesandtypesaccordingtothemethodofevaluatingthelotparametersandaccordingtotheproductionprocessforgeneratingthelotmaterial.Theseareexplainedmorefully(refertoAnnexA3andAnnexA4formoredetailsonthediscussioninSection3).Thefollowinglotparametersareimportantforreferencematerialuse:AcceptedReferenceValue(ARValue)8212;AnaverageIRMpropertyorparametervalueestablishedbywayofaspecifiedtestprogram.TestLotLimits(TLLimits)8212;Thesearelimitsdefinedasx00B1;3timesthestandarddeviationofindividualIRMtestresultsacrosstheentirelotforthepropertyorparameter(s)thatdefineslotquality;themeasurementsareconductedinthelaboratoryoftheorganizationproducingtheIRM.Althoughthelimitsasdefinedin3.2.3.2aregivenintermsofx00B1;3timesthestandarddeviation,therejectionofindividualportionsofthelotasbeingoutlierornon-typicalportionsinassessingthehomogeneityofthelotisdoneonthebasisofx00B1;2timestheappropriatestandarddeviation,thatis,onthebasisofa95%confidenceinterval.SeeAnnexA3andAnnexA4formoreinformationandtheevaluationprocedures.AllIRMshaveanARvalueandTLlimits;howevertheARvaluemaybeobtainedinoneoftwowaystoproduceoneoftwoclassesofARvalues:GlobalARValue8212;ThisARvalueisobtainedfromaninterlaboratorytestprogramwherethewordx201C;globalx201D;indicatesanaveragevalueacrossmanylaboratories.LocalARValue8212;ThisisanARvalueobtainedinonelaboratoryoratonelocation,usuallythelaboratoryresponsibleforpreparationofthehomogeneouslot.AnadditionalparameterisofimportanceforIRMsthathaveaglobalARvalue:Between-LaboratoryLimits(BL)8212;ThegroupoflaboratoriesthatconductinterlaboratorytestingtoestablishanAR-valuearenotequivalenttoasystemorpopulationtypicalofindustrialproductionoperationsthatusetheusualx00B1;3standarddeviationlimits.Suchproductionoperationsaresystemsthathavebeenpurgedofallassignablecausesofvariationandareinastateofx2018;statisticalcontrolx2019;
